Bill Rowland started selling homes in Wichita Falls in 1960, starting this company in 1967.
During the forty-four (44) year history the company has built thousands of homes in this area.
Rowland and Donnell built the first energy savings home in the Texoma area in the 1970’s after studying a test home from Texas Tech. They now build Energy Star qualified homes under the guidelines of the
U. S Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy.
In addition to building newly constructed homes we are now involved in home remodeling, home additions, and commercial renovations.
Bobby Rowland - Builder
Bobby Rowland earned his degree in Building Construction Technology, starting his career working for Nash, Phillips and Copus in Austin, Texas. He moved back to his home town in 1974 and has been active in the business since that time.

Ruth Harney - Office Manager
Ruth has been the office manager for Rowland and Donnell for twenty-seven (27) years. Being a military wife for twenty (20) years she was more than ready for a permanent home. She and her husband decided to retire in Wichita Falls because of the friendly atmosphere.
Rowland and Donnell built their home in 1984 and are firm believers in the construction practices of the company.
Loving the out of doors Ruth enjoys water gardening, belonging to the Texoma Water Garden Society, reading, and family.
